Bravo. Dawn's stollen this year is terrific.... Whole grain of course, moist and tender. I like using quark/yogurt whatever instead of milk. I came across a quark stollen long ago in Ulm (where I'd gone to visit the bread museum).

I hope you have a mellow Christmas... And I'm going to try to come for a visit in the next couple of months. hugs
